Tabata

Tabata is a type of HIIT-one subsection under the broad umbrella of high-intensity interval training. Specifically, it’s a four-minute workout consisting of 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work at maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest.

Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a great way to get in shape, learn to defend yourself, and build confidence! This MMA-style “Kickboxing” class is an integration of Boxing, Kickboxing, and has applications for self-defense, competition, and fitness.

Zumba dancing is best described as a fun, joyful Latin inspired fitness class that combines all the rhythms in Latin music. Zumba applies dance moves from Salsa, Cumbia, Merengue, Rumba, Mambo, Belly Dance, Flamenco, Samba, Tango, Reggatone and of course Hip Hop.

Pound

POUND is a 45 minute group fitness classthat combines cardio, strength training and Pilates with drumming to achieve a full-body workout.

Meditation on the focus of breath awareness and body sensations to establish practice within the first foundation of Mindfulness
